4 peaches, pitted and sliced
1 cup cherries, pitted
2 cups dry white wine
½ cup to 1 cup water
1 vanilla bean, split with pods removed
¼ cup raw honey
1 cup Southern Swiss Dairy heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Combine the peaches, cherries, wine, vanilla bean, and water in a pot and bring to a boil. Cook until fruit is tender, then remove with a slotted spoon. Add the honey to the pot, and continue to reduce until the liquid has thickened. Add the fruit back to the pot and toss to coat. Meanwhile, in a stand mixer, whip the cream and powdered sugar together until thickened and fluffy. To serve, scoop the fruit into serving dishes with a slotted spoon and top with the whipped cream. Enjoy!
